This Privacy Policy explains how Pentire ("Pentire," "the app," "we," "us") handles information when you use the Pentire paint-by-stickers app for iOS and iPadOS. Pentire is published by Solutionflare LLC. We designed Pentire to be private by default: your photos are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us.

The short version

• Your photos stay on your device. When you import a photo, Pentire converts it into a sticker puzzle entirely on-device. The image is never uploaded to our servers or any third party.
• No account. Pentire does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to use the app.
• Minimal data. We collect as little as possible — and never your photos.
• We don't sell your data. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Photos and on-device processing

The core feature of Pentire is turning a picture into a sticker puzzle. When you choose to import a photo:

• iOS asks for your permission to access photos. You can grant full access or limited ("Selected Photos") access. Pentire only reads the specific image you select.
• The image is analyzed and cut into sticker pieces using on-device processing on your iPhone or iPad. This computation happens locally; the photo is not transmitted off your device.
• The resulting puzzle and any imported image are stored locally in the app's storage on your device. Deleting the puzzle or the app removes them.

Because this processing is on-device, importing and playing puzzles works without an internet connection and does not depend on any cloud service of ours.

Information we collect

Pentire is built to function with little to no personal data. Depending on your settings and platform, the following limited categories may apply:

• Purchase information. Pentire offers an optional upgrade, Pentire Plus, as an in-app purchase. Transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store, and we never receive your payment details (such as card numbers). To unlock what you've bought across reinstalls and devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, which receives App Store purchase receipts and subscription status tied to a random, app-generated identifier — never your name, email address, or photos.
• Diagnostics and analytics (optional, anonymous). We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage and crash information to fix bugs and improve the app — for example, how often a feature is used or a non-identifying crash log. This data is not linked to your identity and never includes your photos. Where required, you can opt out in iOS Settings or the app's settings.
• Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your message and any details you choose to include (such as your device model and iOS version) to help resolve your issue.

We do not collect your photos, your contacts, your precise location, or build advertising profiles about you.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the app's features.
• To diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
• To respond to your support requests.

Third-party services

Pentire relies on Apple's App Store for distribution and payment processing, which are governed by Apple's privacy policy. Optional Pentire Plus purchases are validated by RevenueCat, which processes purchase receipts and subscription status on our behalf under a random, app-generated identifier and does not receive your photos, name, or contact details. If we use an analytics or crash-reporting provider, it receives only anonymous, aggregated technical data and never your photos. Pentire contains no ads and no third-party advertising trackers.

Children's privacy

Pentire is a general-audience app and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account and processes photos on-device, no personal profile is created.

Data retention and deletion

Your puzzles, progress, and imported images live on your device. You can delete an individual puzzle within the app, or remove all app data by deleting Pentire from your device. Any anonymous diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to improve the app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because Pentire holds essentially no personal data tied to your identity, most requests can be satisfied simply by deleting the app. For any privacy request, contact us at pentire-support@solutionflare.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
